[Fresco-devel] Draft of name change description

I'm not all _that_ happy with it (it didn't realy come together in my
head while writing it), but 'twill serve.  I'd especially like any
comments on things you think I forgot to mention/emphasize enough, or
am misrepresenting, or am emphasizing too much.  Comments by reply or
Wiki-edit (or IRC or homing pigeon) welcome.
