[Fresco-devel] Testing test.berlin-consortium.org

test.berlin-consortium.org is our test platform for our new URL
forwarding setup (so www.berlin-consortium.org URLs will still give
useful information after we take the real site down).  I think it's
working (modulo some funkiness with the images, which should be
cleared up at the next Apache restart), so please test it out -- take
(any!) URL at www.berlin-consortium.org, try visiting the same URL at
test.berlin-consortium.org, and make sure you get sensible output.
