[Fresco-devel] Forget that last problem

I got configure to work like so:
configure --prefix=/opt/sis  --with-omniorb-version=4 --with-omniorb-prefix=/opt/sis

But now the make fails like so:
making all in Prague
make -C Prague all

Looks like some deeper issues...
