[Fresco-devel] Issue tracker is very broken (Fw: [[email protected] : Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender])

The issue tracker's email interface seems to be entirely broken (see
attached).  Also, it's currently impossible to log in (the same old
issue we fixed a while ago with cookie paths), and good ol' bug200
(can't file issues from the web) seems to be back.  And of course
there are still dozens of smaller irritations, which one can find in
the list at:

So this is a call for a bit of traction on these things.  I'd
_especially_ like to see someone hit task91, if you're looking for
somewhere to help...
