We are planning to have M2 released by late-February or so, if all goes
to plan, so you might like to retry then. However the CVS version is
kept fairly stable and has seen quite a few changes so you could try
that.

What system are you running? (debian, rh, ...?) What dependencies? For
example using omniorb4/gcc3.2.1 seems more reliable than
omniorb3/gcc2.95 at the moment (right all?)

(Q to developers: did a faulty nameserver cause the server to lockup, or
clients not to find the server? But then the default '-R ior' got into
M1, didn't it?)
