hi there,

we just had a discussion on irc concerning gcc versions, and
it was decided to drop support for gcc < 3.2 *now*. This
means the <limits> include will stay as it is, and further
the occasional warnings about non-standard headers such as
<streambuf.h> will be fixed.

Gcc 3.2 or greater will be required starting from now on.
