Looks to me like you are missing Freetype's header files.

Depends on what you want to do. Check issues.fresco.org for bitesized or
entry level bugs/tasks, pick one, fix it and attach a patch to the issue
in the tracker. We'll do our best to apply them;-)

Beside programming tasks there are a lot of website related issues.
