[Fresco-devel] No bin/server?

I finally got past the last issue.  It turned out to be that I forgot to
make uninstall my old version of FreeType before I installed the newer
version.

BUT, now I am trying to follow the next step, but none of the files are
where the instructions say they should be.  There is not bin/server. 
There is no ./lib or ./modules in $fresco-build.

Any ideas?
