countdown for 0.4.1 release

Since we could not reproduce bug #55 it has been set to WORKSFORME in 
bugzilla.
This means that there is no major bug left, and that we can release 
0.4.1 at the end
of the week.

So this is your last chance to speak up and report bugs. If nothing is 
reported
I will release
  gephex--release--0.4.1--patch-1 (tag from gephex--main--0.4--patch-1810)
on thursday (the pre3 release + some docu updates).
