When shmget fails in the x11outputdriver of the frboutmodule,
one new X11 window is opened during every update and is not closed again.

There are three problems:

  1/ the x11outputdriver does not clean up correctly on error

  2/ the x11outputdriver should call shmget before creating the window

  3/ the frboutmodule does no good job when the used driver cannot be
      instantiated (it should not retry every frame, maybe use some exponential
      backoff...)
