-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi All, seeing that the text-based meta data returned by the spec() and port_spec() functions in gephex-0.5 (similar to gephex-0.4) suck, I recently created an alternative based on a discussion with martin. In [email protected]/gephex--georg-mac--0.5--patch-5 the meta data is returned as an in-memory tree structure, similar to a DOM tree but simpler. This has the advantage that additional meta-data can be more easily added without worrying about the restricted format our structparser supports. Another advantage is the creation of units by unittemplates. Instead of messing around with creating a string spec, the spec can be simply created by attaching subtrees to the spec-tree.
