This patch changes the default behavior from alsa hardware ports to
virtual alsa sequencer ports. It is necessary to use an alsa sequencer
patchbay like aconnectgui or qjackctrl to connect the hardware midi
interface with the gephex input. It is now possible to connect the
gephex midi input to the output of a midi sequencer like seq24 and
synchronize gephex with your audio loops.
