inclusion of vs6 dsp and mak files into dist

I think it would be good to include the vs6 .dsp and .mak files into
our dist.
Then the source dist could be the base for the win32 binary dist
(as it is for the binary debian package).

Alternatively, we could distribute the .dsp and .mak files separately.

Thoughts?
