Qt3 code removed

Hi all,

I removed some more Qt3 compatibility code in gephex.
I used the darcs repository 
http://darcs.gephex.org/gephex/gephex--main--0.4 and
did *not* update the tla repository. It would be nice to have commit 
emails for
darcs changes...

The change involved converting our .ui files for the changesdialog and 
the aboutdialog
from qt3 to qt4.

The only Qt3 compatibility classes in use now are Q3TreeView[Item] in 
the treeview class
and Q3Table in the property class. They will be more difficult to 
remove.
