CoreAudio audio input driver for Mac OS X

Hi all,

I just committed a first version of a CoreAudio input driver for Mac OS
X to the gephex-0.4 darcs repository.

The audio conversion to 16 bit mono little endian PCM samples is not
fully working (so far, there is a hard-coded conversion which only
works for source format stereo float PCM with platform endianess).
