cool. There was some old plan to build a gephex binary with the ms vs
c++ compiler and wine in linux. It would be nice to add this task to the
autobuilder script.

Is the c++ CLI compiler from ms free (as beer)? Are there all necessary
headers and dlls included? I thought only the c# sdk/compiler is free
for download.
