In the current release (0.4), all necessary files for the command line
build are in the source dist.
However, it works only if the directories of gephex and the needed
libraries match with the directories of my setup (where the .mak and
.dep files were created).

But it might still be possible to build gephex with the vc .net 2003
cli compiler, if all paths are OK.

Anybody wants to try it?
