   The long awaited version 1.2.4 has finally been released. This is a bugfix
   release in the stable 1.2 series. Grab it at:

   ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/v1.2/v1.2.4/

   There have been many, many bug fixes. And the Win32 stuff has been synced
   up. See the ChangeLog for details.

   Also, the print plug-in now depends on libgimpprint. Grab it from
   http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/ or ./configure --disable-print if
   you don't have a need for it.

Note that you must use Gimp-Print 4.2 (4.2.5 or 4.2.6-pre1
recommended).  4.3 (the current development line) is not compatible
with this release.
