Windows icon plugin

Hi all,


I've finished the first release of a Windows icon plugin for the Gimp.
It can handle loading and saving of multiple icons per file, at 1/4/8/32
bpp. Comes with some online help and a preview dialog for choosing each
icon's color depth. Feedback & bugreports greatly appreciated.
