"interleave-layers" is now "ofn-interleave-layers" and works with 2.8 and 2.10 (and supports the 2.10 blend modes). Download the ZIP from http://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-tools/files/scripts/ See instructions at bottom of page for installation. The ZIP contains a HTML documentation.
