[Gimp-user] Ipad and gimp

Hello, this may be a stupid question, but I have a Ipad pro second edition
och I have downloaded Gimp and I have it in my download files, but it does
not open.

I would be glad if somebody would tell me it it is at all possible to
install on a ipad pro?

and how to open it to get it installd?

I am sorry if this question is too stupid, but as I have not found a
solution, I would be thankful for help.
