[Gimp-user] BigTiff by default?

        Hi all,

It seems that starting with 2.10.32 the BigTiff format variant is the
default when exporting to TIFF files, and that it's set back to true
every time Gimp is restarted.

However some other programs complain about the change, I noticed
that Exiftool complains it doesn't know about BTF files and abort.

Is it possible to disable it by default in a permanent way, to avoid
mistakes?
