Hi,

as discussed with mitch, I'd like to setup a few mirrors using rsync:

1) http://gimper.net/downloads/ - Server location: USA (St. Louis)
2) http://gimp.afri.cc/ - Server location: South Africa (Cape Town)
3) http://de-mirror.gimper.net/ - Server location: Germany

The Urls are not working yet but will be ready after the first rsync init.
