Now I'm on a big screen, and can have a look at this in more detail.

There's such gems like the following:

So this seems to rely on scans made more than three years ago, and
triggers even if one of them indicates a positive...

VirusTotal says that this file is clean, btw:

NB:
Some older versions have known CVEs, but anyone concerned about that and
using old releases deliberately should be aware of those.
