a new gtk2 installer available

And here's... another gtk2 runtime installer (sorry). Actually, this is the one our company uses (since august) for its software (medical stuff). It also contains some themes/theme-engines and a gtk2 theme selector written by me. Grab it at http://members.lycos.co.uk/alexv6/ . You can find some cross-compiler software along with a new cross-compiler-howto there too. So what's so different in this installer? It's based on NSIS, and it installs to windows directory. While some may argue that it's a bit odd/bad, we find this method the most convinient one. So check it out and send me your suggestions/opinion on this package.
