gtk-win sourceforge project

This is great.  Could you add the 2.0.9 runtime files?  My application 
still links against those libraries and I'm afraid to have users install 
the 2.2.0 even though they are supposed to be compatible :-)  No big deal 
if you can't since I'll be updating to 2.2.0 soon.

I think this is a great service Todd.  I'm going to drop my copies of the 
stuff and link directly to your sourceforge project.  My vote is for this 
to become the offical location of the GTK+ win32 install packages.  I'm 
going to try to use your development stuff for my next build.  As I use 
MSVC, I'll send along any details needed.
