Building GIMP 1.2.4 under Windows

Hi, 

I have now completed a first version of instructions how to compile GIMP for Windows using the 
MinGW-Toolkit.

The pages are currently (maybe temporarily, depending on the load that is generated) located at 
http://www.zweilaenderlauf.com/GIMP/ . 

Currently only performing the build with the MinGW-Toolkit is described, I could not yet get this 
to work with cygwin or MSVC.

I hope this is of use to some people like me who want to contribute a little bit to GIMP but needed 
a lot of time to simply get a compile up and running.

Please give me feedback if anything should be described better, different or in more detail.
