My first reaction was: Wow, cool - great work! :) After trying it out under
Windows 98, I do have a few (minor) problems with it:

 - It's noticeably slower than "plain" GTK+. (BTW, lots of messages
   are printed on the console: 'WARNING **: Couldn't load font "MS Sans
   Serif 8" falling back to "Sans 8"')
 
 - There's no prelighting of buttons. OK, so by default Windows doesn't do 
   that either, but it's useful for getting visual feedback that something
   clickable is under the pointer.
   
 - "Wimp" is actually the name of the Acorn RISC OS window manager, the 
   IMHO nicest GUI system ever. Unfortunately, the community is pretty
   small. See <http://atterer.net/acorn.html#screenshots> - IIRC it stands
   for "windows, icons, mouse, pointer".

Furthermore, problems with a GtkTextView which I'm using to display the
GPL:
 
 - Empty lines are not displayed
 
 - Resizing is really too slow IMHO. On my 266 MHz P2 test machine, without 
   GTK-Wimp the speed is acceptable, but with GTK-Wimp it gets a bit 
   annoying.

Unfortunately, the speed will prevent me from using it for the moment.
