GTK+ on Cygwin (Was: build problem on windows/cygwin/mingw)

For those of you trying to build a Cygwin app that needs GTK+ 2.2.1, take a 
look at http://web.sfc.keio.ac.jp/~s01397ms/cygwin/index.html.en

or point your setup.exe to http://web.sfc.keio.ac.jp/~s01397ms/cygwin/ as 
Other URL...  There is a win32 version as well as an X11 version of GTK+ and 
a whole lot more ported cygwin apps/libraries.

Tor, I've seen this question come up a couple times, I'd suggest making a 
link to this page to save Cygwin folks the hassle of trying to figure this 
out ;)
