Memory leak

Hi Tor (and others),

I see from Bugzilla (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=79720) that
you recently applied a "tentative fix (by Florent Duquet)" for the
memory-leak bug of gtk_widget_queue_draw() under Windows.

I was wondering if you know whether it worked or not yet?

I'd be willing to test it in the situation I originally had problems with if
it helps, but I've never yet succeeded in fully-compiling GTK for windows so
I need to wait until a pre-built library is available.
