GTK+2.0 Chinese (or CJK) fonts on win32

Hi,

I'm trying to show chinese fonts using gtk+2.0 on win2k. However they
are all shown in blanks. English fonts are ok, but whenever I have set
LC_ALL to zh_TW, all the chinese are in blanks.

In gtk+1.2, we have gtkrc.zh_TW. But How can we change and alias fonts
in gtk+2.0?
