new gtk 2.0 packages

The changes related to Win32 were mostly in Pango, and relate to the
support for non-Latin scripts. 

One difference is that now a pango.aliases file is required. (This is
perhaps not a good idea, I might fix that in the next release.) It is
included in the pango zipfile in the etc/pango directory, you didn't
remove it?
