Config problem with libpangoft2

I found a configuration problem using libpangoft2 in gtk2.  I found this
compiling and using libgnomecanvas in Windows.  libpangoft2 requires the
file XftCofig during initialization (see: minixftinit.c).  The distribution
from Tor Lillqvist does not provide this file.  To fix this problem use the
attached file and modify the dir variable in the file as need for your
system and place this file in the etc directory of your gtk2 installation.
This file is a modified version from XFREE86 configuration on Linux.  Set
the environment variable XFT_CONFIG to point to this file (ex.
XFT_CONFIG=C:/gtk/etc/XftConfig) and every thing should work fine.
