God-remembrance.

I don't think one is allowed to re-distribute
usp10.dll as per my readings of the volt (opentype
layout tables editing) forum on msdn. And there are
umpteen revisions/versions of usp10.dll as per the
forum.

I certainly do have usp10.dll. It's a safe bet to
assume most people have it.
