The Flat

Has anyone compiled the pixmap engine that uses gdk-pixbuf? I got the
source code for it off of the gtk-engines file on the gnome source
site. http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/desktop/2.0/2.0.2/sources/ But,
I have no clue as how to compile it as I have never compiled anything
before. I got mingw gcc.

Would someone be so kind as to compile it for me?
