Would you mind putting up a page with detailed instructions on how you
built it?  I'm interested in the directory structure, packages used, dev
environment (mingw I think), and other details of the build.  I'd like to
know what tools you used and how you have them installed and configured.
I'd like all this info so I can try to build the GTK+ 2.0, Glib, etc.
libraries from scratch.
