Does this set the registry keys for gtk? I.e. the HKLM (and HKCU) 
software/gtk/2.0 key with items for path & version?  This is the way the 
installer for gtk 1.3 works and the way I set up my installer for gtk 
2.0.6.  When I get around to it, I'll be putting up an installer for 2.0.9 
too.
