A few minor quibbles.  I think the registry key should be GTK not GTK+ 
Runtime Environment to be consistent with the GTK 1.3 installer and the 
Gimp installer.  I think you should set a version key in addition to the 
path key.  I'm also thinking that the dll's in the top level directory 
belong in the lib directory.  Is there a reason for putting them in the 
top level?  Otherwise it looks fine.
