Handle bar display is messed up when detached.

  Folks,

  I have a GtkToolbar attached to a HandleBar, when I detach the handlebar from
the main window, only half of the toolbar paints itself. This does not happen
when running on the Penguin.

  Has anyone seen this problem ? ( This happens on Gtk2.0.6 and the latest on
Tor's site.)

  Let me know if you all want a screenshot.
