Oh yes sorry, 

For Linux, it is the standard Redhat 8.0 build (glib 2.0.6 and gtk2.0.6)
For Windows, it is glib 2.0.7 and gtk 2.0.9.

As for the MOD2 thing, I was a little suprised, but went along with it.  I
would appreciate it if you could have a look on your box to verify this,
because if this is a bug, it means that Windows users are limited
(currently) to half the number of characters (in the alphabet) when doing
combinations with Ctrl.
