Handlebox Detachment

I have noticed that when the handlebox detaches and creates its child
window, it has a process in the task bar.  Is is possible for this to not
show up in the task bar or is it intended that way?  The only thing is, if
you have a toolbar (say in Microsoft Outlook, etc...) and you detach it,
that is a "toolwindow" (i think thats what they call it) and does not appear
in the task bar.  
	
Can this be done, and if so, would this be done?
