GdkPixbuf error with GK+ 2.2.0

A fixed (I hope) GTK+ 2.2.0 zipfile is now uploaded to
www.gimp.org/win32/downloads-20030104.html ,
gtk+-2.2.0-20030109.zip. Only the libgdk_pixbuf-2.0-0.dll file has
changed.
