Great!  With this fix the 2.2.0 GTk is now very nice indeed on win32.

BTW, I approve of the suggestion to end this list and shift traffic to
the other lists that were mentioned.  My interest in the list is with
gtk for win32 rather than gimp, and since (thanks to Tor) gtk for
win32 has now moved into the gtk "mainstream" it makes sense that it
be discussed on the gtk-* lists.
