gspawn-win32-helper

There is a problem with launching programs in win32 with g_spawn_command_line_async(). I have no trouble running something like "'c:\\windows\\sol.exe'", but if the path contains spaces, like, "'c:\\program files\\internet explorer\\iexplore.exe'", it says "Failed to execute child process: no such file or directory".
The single quotes I enclosed the paths in come from glib documentation, and the error persists if I remove them.
Note, gspawn-win32-helper.exe is in my path.
