GTK+ Windows CE support?

Greetings,

I'm trying to figure out which GUI toolkit I should use for an
application that should run primarily on Linux/iPAQ and Linux
running on a normal desktop machine and secondarily on Windows CE
and Windows.  GTK+ might be usable for my purposes otherwise but I
haven't found information about Windows CE support.  Is it
supported in addition to plain Win32?
