You do have it already - the scripts have been moved to the right menu locations, e.g. stuff which doesl with shadow effects has been located to Filters->Light & Shadow.


If you have some third-party scripts installed, chances are that you still have a Script-Fu menu, because only the known menu locations have been relocated.
