Image extension -URGENT ANSWER-

I tried looking through all the various posts in the arechive but 
could not find any answers. I need this program to edit my pictures 
and other various images but unfortunately GIMP saves them in a 
format that I am not able to upload to the internet for my projects. 
I have experimented with the program to unseuccessfully figure out 
how to save my images or some way to convert them or anything as 
something that is used with my work.

jpg

jpeg

png

bmp


I would appreciate any quick assistance and solutions to this issue 
that any one is able to provide me with.
