How to install the 'Resynth' plugin for the The Gimp on Windows XP

Hi,

I downloaded the 'compiled Windows Binary' of the 'Resynth' plugin from
here
<http://www.logarithmic.net/pfh-files/resynthesizer/resynthesizer-for-Wi\
ndows-0.13.zip>  .

On unzipping,  I got:

On running the resynthesizer.exe file, it did not install to the default
C/Program Files/The Gimp/... folder.

Is there any special method to install it?
