Better NOT that release, is outdated you may use that on gimp 2.2 but
on Gimp 2.4 will not work as expected.

For latest Gimp 2.4 you need version 2.2.2 of Gap, that is also
available for windows....

For some reason is not listed on gimpdownload page but you can find link
and how to ..well ...no much how to is needed, is not a installer but
zipped filesthey just need to be moved in the right folder, ...but
anyway you will find download link and how to here.
