Hopefully you've downloaded GIMP 2.4.2 and not Gimb :-) (whatever it
may be)
Usually you would download the so called binary of 2.4.3 (installer
for Windows) available via this link: http://gimp.org/downloads/
Unfortunately the 2.4.3 isn't yet available. You would have to compile
the source code by yourself but that's no job for an "idiot" :-)
So please have a little patience and check the above link from time to
time.
